Performances of Beethoven and others by the Trinity Community Children's Choir and the Michigan City Student Violin Choir.

 

Thursday, August 14, 12:00 NOON

"Yes, We Think We Can Dance"

Beethoven used dance throughout his life and career.  Judith Joseph from "Dance Arts Unlimited" will be featured together with our most talented young dancers.

 

Saturday, August 16, 12:00 NOON

"Musical Pictures"

Beethoven meant for some of his most popular works to have "mind" pictures associated with them.   You'll hear music from the "Harp" String Quartet and the "Ghost" Piano Trios,  A "Make-and-Take" activity follows this performance.

The children's educational workshops and activities are for elementary-aged children including performances just for them by our Festival musicians and friends.  Parents are obviously welcome!
